Shmuel “Shmuley” Boteach is a “celebrity” rabbi and spiritual leader for a laundry list of celebrities, including Madonna and Donald Trump.
In 2012, Rabbi Shmuley Boteach was bankrolled by Las Vegas casino magnate Sheldon Adelson and his business partner Bob Arum in an unsuccessful campaign for U.S. House of Representatives.
On March 31, 2014 the Rabbi wrote an article for Jerusalem Post tiled “No holds barred: Why Pollard and Rubashkin are rotting in jail”, which suggested that the infamous Israeli spymaster Jonathan Pollard and methamphetamine king pin Sholom Rubashkin were unjustly imprisoned. The Rabbi writes that these 2 tribesmen are guilty of no crime but victims of the Goy-WASP legal system. That’s not the most asinine in this article,so brace yourself.
Dreidels up, crosses down! Rabbi Shmuley Boteach is a gun-runner!
Danielle Berrin, in the article “Is Rabbi Shmuley Boteach’s family in the arms business?” written in August 6, 2010 in the Jewish Journal, wrote:
L.A. Weekly alleges that Boteach’s father, Yoav Boteach, a wealthy real estate owner and Boteach’s brother, Bar-Kochba Boteach, a law-enforcement supplier, are really high-level arms merchants who may be in cahoots with a felonious outfit in Miami Beach. Through a confusing web of allegations, the Weekly connects Bar-Kochba’s L.A.-based law enforcement supply company, Boteach Tactical, with the now defunct arms dealership AEY Inc. of Miami Beach run by Yoav Boteach’s grandson, Efraim Diveroli…”
In March, 2006, the State of Israel accused Boteach’s brother and business partner in L.A., Shlomo Boteach, of “using professional money launderers” to transfer $860,000 from the U.S. through Swiss and Uruguayan banks to an account in Israel, code-named “Ezra 26.” The court case covered transfers totaling $331,000. This transaction would be one of many that would become known as the Panama Papers.
Israel does not just export oranges. According to Haaretz “Israel approves 99.8 percent of all The Defense Ministry weapon requests for export.” These weapons inevitably ends up in the hands of ISIS and Shi’a militants, because Israel doesn’t care (99.8 percent of the time) where their exported firearms end up.
“The Weapon Wizards: How Israel Became a High-Tech Military Superpower” by Yaakov Katz and Amit Bohbot (2017) pg. 8.:
According to Jane’s, British military trade publications. Israel is one of the world’s top 6 arms exporters..since 2007.”
2007 seems to coincide with the raise of ISI(S) in Iraq and then Syria.
Weaponry alone constitutes about 10 percent of the country’s overall exports..In 2012, its 1,000 defense companies set a new record, exporting 7.5 billion worth of Weaponry”
Rabbi Boteach owned a shell company called AEY inc, that sold weapons to North Korea, and Israel’s arch-nemesis Iran and Hezabollah.
- Miami News Times reported in April 6,2010 that “Efraim Diveroli may have sold to Helbozah.”
.. a dissident newspaper in Albania, Gazeta Tema, alleged Pinari had sold surface-to-air missiles to Hezbollah around the time he became Diveroli’s point… Gazeta Tema, sent New Times copies of letters and contracts to substantiate the missile deal. Two letters — written in pidgin English — from March 2006 are addressed to the Iranian and North Korean governments.”
Part of Panama Papers scandal was fictionalized in the 2016 film War Dogs.
Avigdor Lieberman, when he was the Israeli foreign minister in 2010 (now Lieberman is the 2nd highest post), made explicit remarks on the issue, whilst an interesting aspect has emerged through many information channels that relates to the existence of direct Hezbollah ties in the Balkans via AEY, inc. Rabbi Boteach’s company brokered the deal with a shadowy figure, with no photo on file, named Heinrich Thomet. When Saddam was being hang for crimes against humanity it is rumored Thomet sold the rope to hang Saddam.
“Albania, Hezbollah and the Labyrinth of International Illegal Arms Trafficking” by Ioannis Michaletos, December 7, 2010 (with added notes):
(Lieberman claims that)..former Defense Minister Fatmir Mediu and some officials of his ministry asked for the procurement of Igla-1 (SA-16-GIMLET) and Igla-2 (SA-18-GROUZE) land-to-air rockets. These were Soviet-patented rockets of the end of the 1980s, which had also been typed out by other countries.
…The Israeli state intelligence services (ISIS) have every reason to be alarmed, and reliable sources close to these services say that the Israelis have undertaken a monitoring and observing operation [Operation HAYEDID]..
… that 6,000 Katyusha missiles (107mm) were sold from the Albanian defense ministry to Iraq and Chad, nevertheless, quantities of those were found in the hands of terrorists groups in the Anbar and Nasiriyah regions in Iraq. The weaponry was exported from Albania through the company “BT” owned by the Swiss citizen (Jewish ancestry) Heinrich Thomet.
..Heinrich Thomet who is detailed as a representative for Evdin in Albania. He is also a well-known arms dealer and has often been accused by the international authorities for murky dealings in African states and the Middle East. According to local Albanian sources he was the one that made an arms deal between the state ammunition company MEICO and the Miami based AEY Corporation.
The latter secured Pentagon deals worth around 300 million USD, by reselling Eastern European arms to Afghanistan & Iraq in 2006, but it was later revealed that it had falsely stated that its products originated from Hungary and not China as it was actually. That is illegal under U.S Law and FBI investigated the company.
It was revealed that the company’s legal representatives (in their 20’s), had no experience in this kind of project and the company maintained communication with Albanian citizens and discussed the corruption in the country and explored chances of participating in future arms deals.
In Mid 2008, Kosta Trebicka the owner of the Xhoi Company in Albania that’s name was implicated in the aforementioned is found dead in a small town in Eastern Albania. According to quite a few commentators the causes were not natural, although a definite assumption has yet to be discovered.
According to Reuters at that time, “Trebicka was involved in repackaging ageing Chinese ammunition that was being sold from Albania to AEY Inc, a U.S. firm contracted by the Pentagon to supply the Afghan army. He turned whistleblower after the Albanian defense ministry removed him from the contract and appointed another company in his place….Trebicka was to be the key witness in Albania’s investigation into the affair”.
The same assumptions were confirmed by the Albanian “News 24 TV”, at that period, and it was also added that Trebicka had a lot of incriminating evidence against the former defense minister Mediu regarding the illegal arms trade and including the one that relates to the Middle East, whilst he was providing this evidence to the CIA in order to uncover the magnitude of the case. Ephraim Diveroli the American, 25 year old arms dealer and president of AEY Inc, who was in regular contact with Trebicka according to their telephone exchanges for some period of time, in late August, 2009 he pled guilty on one count of conspiracy and faces up to five years in prison.
Asian Times in a well-documented reportage revealed that “On December 12, 2006, the State Department made the following entry to the watch list regarding both Diveroli and AEY….The watch list also had entries for Heinrich Thomet, the president of Evdin, Ltd, a company based in Cyprus that acted as AEY’s middleman; and Ylli Pinari, the head of the state-run Military Export Import Company (MEICO), which supplied the ammunition from Albania. The reasons both Thomet and Pinari were placed on the list are classified”.
Although the whole issue of illegal arms trade and the existence of a direct link between Hezbollah’s importation of weaponry from Albania, is far from being thoroughly checked, it is highly likely, judging from all the available information, that there is a serious issue in the Balkan region and in Albania in particular that under proper examination may reveal similar cases and a wider nexus between armed groups and terrorists in the Middle East with corrupted officials and arms traffickers in the Balkans. In any case, much has been already revealed that has caused anxiety to several countries, such as Israel, that point out towards a new look under which the arms contraband can be combated and along with it the ability of terrorists to arm themselves, through the use of loopholes in the system and the assistance of weak links in several countries.
Arms researcher Hugh Griffiths started studying small-arms proliferation as a result of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. In chapter 8 of the book War Dogs, Griffiths states..
..the mysterious Swiss broker, and how he used the same methods the CIA had used in Iran-Contra in the 1980s: cutout companies ..and offshore banks in financial havens like Cyprus. ..Thomet was also exporting arms to Niger and Chad and Mali—areas with extremist Islamist elements allied to Al Qaeda. In effect, the US government was using AEY as a proxy to deal with Thomet—even as Thomet was arming US enemies.
Rabbi Boteach’s company used the same methods the CIA had used in Iran-Contra in the 1980s!
The scandal of the Boteach clan selling arms to every side of every issue was also fictionalized in War Dogs (2016,) but in reality it’s the Jewish tribal plan for world domination, by wrecking their neighbors with total world war. Did you really think that Israel want peace and stability in the “region” (i.e. Middle-east)? Israel wants it neighbors to bleed out and die on their own lawn so Jews can move inside their homes. This new property development will be called the “Greater Israel” project.
The film was produced by the current United States Secretary of the Treasury Steve Mchuchin, via his movie production company RatPac-Dune Entertainment.
God Bless Dick Chiney’s America” -Efraim Diveroli in War Dogs film.
Evdin is the new BCCI banking system (BCCI was the physical bank in the Iran-Contra scandal), laundering money for drug dealers, terrorists and gun-runners. Evdin clients can access their bank from a deep web internet browser without every talking to a banker or stepping into a bank.
So Evdin is new Iran-Contra banking system and the Panama Papers is the partial paper trail to this criminal empire.
Miami Herald reported “Miami Beach’s stoner gun-runner drama — now a Hollywood movie — shows up in Panama Papers”April 06, 2016:
The tale of how three young guys from Miami Beach won hundreds of millions in weapons contracts from the Pentagon has been turned into a Rolling Stone article, a book and a soon-to-appear Hollywood movie called War Dogs.
Efraim Diveroli, David Packouz and Alexander Podrizki sold aging weapons and ammunition originally from China and the former Eastern Bloc to America’s allies in Iraq and Afghanistan..
Now another player in the (real) drama, a Cypriot man named Charalambos “Pambos” Fellas, has appeared in a massive leak of documents obtained by the Miami Herald and the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists. The never-before-seen records — called the Panama Papers — come from Mossack Fonseca, a Panamanian law firm that sets up offshore companies for the rich and powerful.
..offshore corporations have one main purpose – to create anonymity. Recently leaked documents reveal that some of these shell companies, cloaked in secrecy, provide cover for dictators, politicians and tax evaders.
Sohail Al-Jamea and Ali Rizvi McClatchy Fellas served as the director of an offshore company based in Cyprus, called Evdin Ltd., that supplied weapons to the fledgling arms dealers in Miami Beach.
The Miami Herald searched for Fellas’ name in the Mossack Fonseca files and discovered that he served as a so-called “nominee” director for at least 30 offshore companies set up by MF between 2002 and 2007. The companies were all based in the Seychelles, an offshore haven in the Indian Ocean.
Critics call corporate figureheads such as Fellas “dummy directors” and say they serve little purpose except to shroud a company’s real owner in secrecy..
..It’s clear he was standing in for someone else at Evdin: The company’s real owner was Swiss arms dealer Heinrich Thomet, according to a 2008 investigation by the U.S. House of Representatives.
Thomet had been placed on a U.S. government watch list of suspected arms smugglers in 2006. The reason for his blacklisting was classified by the Central Intelligence Agency, the inquiry found.
In an interview with the Miami Herald, Packouz confirmed that Thomet used Evdin to sell the young men weapons. He said that he and Diveroli met Thomet at an arms fair in Las Vegas in 2006 as they were getting into the game of selling arms. (Diveroli’s family worked in the industry, i.e. Rabbi Boteach.)
“He was a lifelong arms dealer,” Packouz said of Thomet. “He had connections everywhere.”
The next year, the young men’s company, AEY, underbid industry giants to win a nearly $300 million weapons contract from the Pentagon. Thomet agreed to help AEY fulfill the massive order, Packouz and Podrizki told the Herald..
..Thomet’s alleged scheme to sell arms to the United States hinged on Evdin, his Cypriot shell company. Corporate rules in the Mediterranean island nation don’t require company owners to disclose their names.
Evdin offered the Swiss arms dealer the anonymity he needed to do business with the U.S. government. His young Miami Beach stooges were the middlemen.
In 2007, Evdin bought 100 million rounds of ammunition from Albania — bullets that had been imported into the Balkan nation from China decades earlier — and sold the stockpile to Diveroli, who had the ammo repackaged in order to hide its origin, according to the federal case.
There is an embargo on trading in Chinese weapons. Federal prosecutors indicted Diveroli, Packouz and Podrizki in 2008 for fraudulently repackaging the ammunition.
“We were so stupid,” Packouz said.
Diveroli, who was portrayed as leader of the pack in news reports and federal court papers, pleaded guilty and was eventually sentenced to four years in federal prison. Packouz and Podrizki also pleaded guilty, with Packouz placed under house arrest for seven months and Podrizki for five. Another partner, a Utah-based machine-gun maker named Ralph Merrill, fought the charges, was convicted and received four years in prison.
Guy Lawson, a journalist who covered the scandal for Rolling Stone and later wrote a book called Arms and the Dudes, says the defendants were railroaded — and that the U.S. Department of Defense used the fledgling players from Miami Beach to work at arm’s length with Thomet..
..Asked about Thomet’s role in the case, Maj. Adrian Rankine-Galloway, a Pentagon spokesman, said in an email: “I seem to recall recently seeing a movie trailer that roughly follows the story you spell out.” The Department of Defense declined further comment.
Thomet denied owning Evdin when asked by The New York Times, which reported on the deteriorating condition of the ammunition sold by Diveroli in a 2008 story.
Apart from its role in shielding Thomet, Evdin was also used to bribe Albanian officials, according to the Times piece. Kosta Trebicka, the Albanian businessman who was the Times’ source on the bribery claim, later died in a suspicious one-car accident, Rolling Stone reported. His death was ruled accidental.
Thomet could not be reached for comment.
His former partner, Karl Brügger of Swiss arms manufacturer B&T, told the Miami Herald that as far as he knew, Thomet was working for a defense supplier called Tara in Montenegro.
In 2008, a Times reporter tracked down the man who stood in for Thomet — Evdin’s dummy director, Pambos Fellas — at his office above a nightclub in Larnaca, Cyprus.
IF A [SHELL] COMPANY DOES SOMETHING WRONG, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TRACK DOWN WHO IS RESPONSIBLE.
Fellas told the reporter that he served as a director for hundreds of companies and knew nothing about Evdin’s activities.
“Professional dummy directors pose a huge problem for law enforcement, for creditors, even for journalists,” said Shruti Shah, vice president of the U.S. chapter of Transparency International, a global anti-corruption group. “They are just frontmen. If a [shell] company does something wrong, it is impossible to track down who is responsible.”
The three young men still live in South Florida. The government’s case against them did not include charges that the arms had been faulty.
Diveroli was released from federal prison at the end of 2014. Actor Jonah Hill plays him in the movie War Dogs, based on Lawson’s work and set to hit screens on Aug. 19.
The true story of two young men, David Packouz and Efraim Diveroli, who won a $300 million contract from the Pentagon to arm America’s allies in Afghanistan.
His lawyer, Matthew Troccoli, said Diveroli is writing a book called Once a Gun Runner that will be released in the next month.
The close friendship between Diveroli and Packouz is no more.
The duo partied hard when they were raking in Pentagon contracts. Rolling Stone reported that they often cruised around town in Diveroli’s Mercedes and hosted models at South Beach’s Flamingo condo tower, where they both lived.
Another favorite pastime included smoking marijuana before spraying targets with machine-gun fire at a local shooting range.
Packouz, played in the movie by Miles Teller, now runs a music technology startup. He said he’s been invited to attend the premiere of War Dogs in Los Angeles.
‘WAR DOGS,’ A MOVIE ABOUT THE MIAMI BEACH GUN RUNNERS, STARS JONAH HILL AND MILES TELLER.
Podrizki is a commercial real-estate agent in Miami Beach.
“Looking back, I’ve made my peace with the consequences,” Podrizki said. “I should have never gotten involved in an industry that profits from war and violence. … As far as how we were treated by the government and the media, if they scrutinized the arms, financial-services or energy industry with the fervor they did us, the world would be a far better place.”
Several lawsuits are still playing out in the aftermath of the case.
Diveroli is being sued in Miami-Dade by Packouz over compensation allegedly owed from their time as arms dealers. Merrill, the Utah businessman, is suing Diveroli and Packouz for $1.83 million in federal court in Miami.
The Miami Herald also reached Fellas — who was never charged and is no longer a director of Evdin — via an email address listed in the leaked files.
He responded by threatening to report the Herald to the U.S. Embassy in Cyprus over its line of questioning.
“I dismiss all your allegations against me,” Fellas wrote when asked about Thomet and his own work with Mossack Fonseca.
The records reveal that MF was still working with Fellas years after his role in the stoner gun-runner scandal became public.
Give me one reason why I should write about Trump’s involvement in the Panama Papers?
