US Embassy In Jerusalem Opens Today! Jerusalem’s Mayor Calls It the Beginning of a ‘New World Order’

Today (May 14th) CNN reported “US set to break with tradition and open embassy in Jerusalem..“, mentioning how the US being seen as an “honest broker” in Israeli-Palestinian negotiations has ended. CNN goes on to say, “Trump announced the decision to move the embassy in December, when he formally recognized the city as the capital of Jerusalem. It marked the fulfillment of a campaign promise he made to the pro-Israel group American Israel Public Affairs Committee. ..In 1995, Congress passed a law requiring America to move its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, but every president since then has declined to make the move, citing national security interests.”

Trump said December 6, 2017:

Today we finally acknowledge the obvious. That Jerusalem is Israel’s capital. This is nothing more or less than a recognition of reality… That is why consistent with the Jerusalem embassy act, I am also directing the State Department to begin preparation to move the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. This will immediately begin the process of hiring architects, engineers and planners so that a new embassy, when completed, will be a magnificent tribute to peace.”

Now 5 months later, Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner landed in Israel yesterday morning with the official U.S. delegation to Israel to mark the opening of the US Embassy in Jerusalem, which is set to open today.

President Donald Trump will not be attending the opening of the Embassy, but Prime Minister Netanyahu sent gratitude for the US’s decision to move the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Netanyahu said during the Gala that Trump’s daughter Ivanka and son-law Kushner attended, “Thank you President Trump for your bold decision, thank you for making the alliance between Israel and U.S. stronger than ever.”

Daily Mail reported “the White House advisers will attend the embassy inauguration ceremony scheduled for Monday along with other Washington delegates, including US Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan and US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin.” Ynetnews reported that “the American delegation will number 250 people, including Congressmen, rabbis and administration officials. It will also include Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan, Trump’s envoy to the Middle East Jason Greenblatt, American Ambassador David Friedman, Florida Governor Rick Scott, Senators Lindsey Graham, Ted Cruz, Mike Lee and Dean Heller, and Congressmen Joe Wilson and Ted Deutch.”

Trump’s people always travel in style no matter if they are exploring the nether regions or visiting Bibi in Jerusalem. Too bad Trump is not in Israel with the NWO Gang; it’s as if the Cenobites are missing their Pinhead.

The Telegraph reports that Jerusalem’s Mayor Nir Barkat hailed the US embassy move as the beginning of ‘a New World Order’, a 6,000 year old plan by Torah followers.

PM Netanyahu said at yesterday’s Gala, “..the truth is that not only has Jerusalem been the capital of the Jewish people for millennia and our state for decades, but the truth is that under any peace deal Jerusalem will remain Israel’s capital.”

Netanyahu rubbed rubbed the US’s decision to pull out of the Iran Nuclear Deal in Iran’s face. “With all due respect to those sitting in European capitals,” the Bibi stated, “we here in capitals of the Middle East, in Jerusalem and Riyadh, we have seen the disastrous consequences of the Iran deal.”

John Sullivan (U.S. deputy secretary of state) spoke after Netanyahu, and called the embassy move “a long overdue recognition of reality” and “essential for creating a roadmap for peace in the region.” What the US deputy secretary of state really means by “creating a roadmap for peace in the region” is killing off the Arabs to create an Israeli superpower that will rival the US. David Friedman had the chutzpah to say that US embassy move from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem was in our best interest.

Haaretz reported that “U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman said on Friday that the decision to move the American embassy to Jerusalem, set to take place next week, wasn’t made as part of a “give and take” with Israel, but rather based on “the interests of the United States…this is something that serves the United States. There is no give and take with Israel with regards to this decision.”‘

“Ivanka Trump arrives in Israel ahead of US Embassy opening” by Ynet reporters on May 13, 2018

The official embassy opening ceremony will kick off at 4 pm Monday with about 800 participants. It will begin with the American anthem and opening remarks from Ambassador Friedman, who will invite a priest and a rabbi to offer their blessings. The ceremony will include speeches by Netanyahu, Mnuchin and Sullivan, followed by a televised greeting from President Trump. Singer Aveva Dese and her band will perform the songs “Jerusalem of Gold” and “Jerusalem.”

The embassy’s official sign with a dedication plaque for President Trump and Vice President Pence will be unveiled, followed by speeches from President Reuven Rivlin and Kushner. […]

At the same time, the Israeli Embassy in Washington will host a special event in honor of the embassy move and Israel’s 70th anniversary. The guest of honor will be Vice President Pence, who will also speak at the event.

Trump boasted recently that he had saved the American taxpayer a lot of money by instructing the ambassador to open the new embassy in an existing building which would be renovated and adjusted, instead of building a new structure for $1 billion. The embassy opening is expected to cost about $400,000 in renovation and security expenses. In the first stage, the Jerusalem embassy will accommodate Ambassador Friedman and a small team of diplomats while the search continues for a proper location for a permanent embassy building.

Meanwhile, senior Republican Party officials are competing over who will praise the president more for the embassy move. Trump sees the move as a significant diplomatic success, being the first president who kept his promise to relocate the embassy. His political base applauded the decision, particularly the Evangelicals who have been pushing for this move for a long time. The president, who had planned to attend the ceremony himself, was forced to skip the event due to a tight schedule but has filmed a video message for the attendees.

The events held Sunday with the Gala reception at the Foreign Ministry were actually boycotted by the majority of the European Union ambassadors in Israel. Only 32 of the 86 envoys accepted the invitation to the Gala on Sunday and US Embassy move today.

The Times of Israel reported on May 13, 2018.:

The EU recently drafted a resolution that would have condemned Trump’s December 6 decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and move the US Embassy there from Tel Aviv, but the measure was blocked by Prague, Bucharest and Budapest, according to Israel’s Channel 10 news.

On Saturday evening, the union’s delegation to Israel did not deny the report, stating that the “EU and its member states will continue to respect the international consensus on Jerusalem… including on the location of their diplomatic representations until the final status of Jerusalem is resolved.”

Haaretz reported on May 13th “at least four of those attending will be from EU nations – Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria and Romania – though Brussels has strongly come out against the embassy move. The rest of the European delegates are not expected to attend, nor are representatives of Russia, Egypt or Mexico.”

Austria is the only Western European nation scheduled to send its ambassador, Martin Weiss, to the embassy move.

Twelve envoys that RSVP’ed come from 3rd world African countries: Angola, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Sudan, Zambia and Tanzania.

There are seven ambassadors from 3rd World Latin America: Paraguay, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Honduras, Peru and Panama. (Guatemala and Paraguay have announced they will relocate their own embassies to Jerusalem later this month.)

Add Philippines and 20 of the ambassadors in attendance come from the 3rd World. Isn’t western Democracy great?
